Hi. I’m Sheldon, but you might know me from the internet as 40deuce.
I’m a creative soul with a knack for helping companies and brands figure out their story, and then tell it to their audience in meaningful, engaging, and entertaining ways.
That sounds like a lot of buzzwords, and despite how fancy it might make me sound, I hate when people get caught up in buzzwords, so let me tell you more plainly what 40deuce Creative does:
40deuce Creative helps brands develop identities and messages that communicate their value in ways that will resonate strongly with their audience. Once a brand has their identity and messaging (be it from something I developed or ones that already exist and work), I take them and use those larger ideas to come up with content ideas and strategies that are designed to reach your audience in ways that grab their attention and make them want to engage.
And what makes me so good at this?
I chalk it up to the fact that I’ve never done the same job twice. And I hope to continue down that same path.
Some might see that as a negative, but I believe it’s what fuels my creativity and gives my work life. Armed with an always curious mindset and an internal drive to create, in whatever shape or form that may take, I love the challenge of figuring out creative solutions to brands’ branding, marketing, and content problems. Bringing the lessons and skills I’ve learned from a variety of different roles, across a variety of industries, solving a variety of marketing related problems, and combining them with my curiosity, love of experimentation and trying new things, and giant whack of creative hobbies, allows me to approach new problems from perspectives that may not have been thought of by people who have been on a single path their whole life or are too entrenched in the world of the problems they're trying to solve.
I look at every new opportunity is a chance to do something more innovative, entertaining, educational, and engaging than the one before. And I hope that your branding, messaging, and content problems are the next I get to help solve, because that will help me solve other new problems in the future.
